As you may know, on May 25th, 2018, the European Union will implement stronger data protection rules that affirm and strengthen the privacy rights of EU citizens. These rules extend to entities based outside the EU, including US-based organizations like Next Wave Impcact.

No matter where in the world you are, we want to make sure you know about (and know where to find) Next Wave Impact’s Privacy Statement (below), which details in plain language how we use the information you provide to us via our website and online forms. Next Wave Impact is committed to your right to privacy and to keeping your personal information secure. This Privacy Policy governs the URL and electronic communications sent out by Next Wave Impact.

Information You Voluntarily Provide

Next Wave Impact collects and maintains certain personal information about you when you complete any of our online forms, such as when you make a donation, sign an action alert, subscribe to our newsletters, or sign up for SMS alerts.
